Here is the estimated timeline for the Be One CCS project:

• Tuesday April 4: Share plan information with members

• Wednesday, April 12, 2023: Be One CCS town hall meetings. Voting begins.

• Thursday, April 20, 2023: Be One Conversation Hour with the board.

• Friday, May 12, 2023: Last day to vote

• “Yes” Vote = Debt retired Summer 2023

• Cart paths completed Fall 2023

• Jr. Clubhouse completed Early 2024

• Golf course work begins Early 2024

• Tennis Facility work begins Summer 2024

• Parking lot and improved entrance work begins Late 2024
